Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff within the Operating Theatre.
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical standards, safety protocols, and hospital regulations.
  • Manage daily OT scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between surgeons, anesthetists, and the multidisciplinary surgical team.
  • Oversee inventory management of surgical equipment and medical supplies.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practicing certificate.

  • Advanced certification in Peri-operative Nursing or equivalent is highly preferred.
