Responsibilities
- Provide personalized nutritional consultations and dietary assessments to customers, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals
- Educate clients on nutrition principles, supplement usage, and healthy eating habits through engaging one-on-one and group sessions
- Monitor and track client progress, adjusting nutritional plans as needed to ensure optimal results
- Maintain accurate records of client consultations, progress notes, and recommended product regimens
- Stay current with the latest nutritional research, trends, and scientific developments in the wellness industry
- Collaborate with the sales team to recommend appropriate health products based on individual client needs
- Participate in community outreach programs, health fairs, and in-store promotional events to raise brand awareness
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and professional standards at all times
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related health science field from a recognized institution
- Valid registration with the Malaysian Nutritionists Association or equivalent professional body is preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in nutritional counseling, clinical practice, or retail wellness settings
- Strong knowledge of macronutrients, micronutrients, and their impact on human health
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a retail mall environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic data entry skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional Chinese dialects are a plus
