Charterhouse is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist to join our Allied Health team in Upper Thomson, Central Region, Singapore. In this role, you will deliver high‑quality rehabilitation services that help patients regain functional independence and improve their overall quality of life.
You will conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence‑based therapeutic interventions for a diverse patient population. Working closely with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals, you will ensure a holistic approach to patient care and contribute to interdisciplinary case discussions and treatment reviews.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment protocols as needed. You will also educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques, empowering them to continue rehabilitation beyond the clinic.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and functional evaluations.
- Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on evidence‑based practice.
- Deliver occupational therapy and physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient‑centred care.
- Maintain detailed clinical notes and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, adaptive strategies, and injury prevention.
- Participate in departmental meetings, case reviews, and quality‑improvement initiatives.
- Ensure equipment safety, maintenance, and proper usage.
Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC) in Singapore.
- Minimum of 1‑2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage patients and multidisciplinary colleagues.
- Proficiency in assessment tools and evidence‑based treatment techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
