Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive OT assessments across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized OT treatment plans to improve ADLs, mobility, cognitive and sensory processing skills.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and modify plans based on client progress and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure safe, client-centered outcomes.
  • Document assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
  • Educate clients and families on adaptive equipment, home safety, activity modification, and caregiver training.
  • Contribute to program development, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid OT license to practice in Singapore or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical OT experience; experience across varied settings is preferred.
