Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive OT assessments across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized OT treatment plans to improve ADLs, mobility, cognitive and sensory processing skills.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and modify plans based on client progress and goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure safe, client-centered outcomes.
- Document assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Educate clients and families on adaptive equipment, home safety, activity modification, and caregiver training.
- Contribute to program development, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid OT license to practice in Singapore or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical OT experience; experience across varied settings is preferred.
- Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills; patient-centered approach.
- Proficiency with standard OT assessments and documentation; excellent record-keeping.
- Ability to work across multiple settings (clinic, hospital, community) and adapt to diverse patient needs.
- Competence with basic assistive technology, devices, and home modification strategies.
