Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate electrical cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Design, develop, and modify electrical systems in accordance with local codes and safety regulations.
- Review project blueprints and specifications to identify potential technical issues or cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with field teams to provide technical support and ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain strict quality assurance protocols throughout the design and estimation phases.
- Evaluate and incorporate sustainable electrical devices and energy-efficient systems into project designs.
- Prepare detailed bill of materials (BOM) and project documentation for stakeholder review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License is preferred.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar industry tools).
- Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for mathematical calculations and cost estimation.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine Electrical Code and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively between office and site teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines consistently.
