As an Omnichannel Sales Specialist, you will manage inventory across channels, coordinate promotional campaigns, analyze sales data to optimize performance, and support both retail staff and online customer service teams. You will work closely with marketing, logistics, and the store management team to align offline and online initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily sales operations across offline retail stores and online marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, company website).
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy between physical outlets and e-commerce warehouses.
  • Plan and execute omnichannel promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales conversion.
  • Analyze sales data from both channels to identify trends, optimize pricing, and recommend stocking decisions.
  • Train and support retail staff on online order fulfillment, returns, and customer service protocols.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with in-store and online promotions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to order discrepancies, shipping, or product availability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in offline retail sales, e-commerce operations, or omnichannel sales roles.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada) and POS systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with store teams and online customers.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on inventory accuracy and process improvement.
  • Willingness to work from our office in Central Jakarta and occasionally visit retail outlets.
