Join OPUS IT Services as an Onsite IT Support Engineer and play a key role in delivering reliable, on-site IT assistance across Singapore's Central Region. As part of our field team, you will be the first point of contact for end users, performing on-site hardware and software support, basic network troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to keep critical devices running smoothly. You will gain hands-on experience with a variety of devices, operating systems, and enterprise tools while building a strong foundation for a successful IT career.

What you will do
- Provide on-site IT support and incident resolution for client sites within the Central Region.
- Diagnose hardware, software, and peripheral issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Perform OS installation, software updates, patch management, and configuration tasks.
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting, connectivity checks, and printer setup.
- Document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with senior engineers for escalations and participate in preventive maintenance activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service, professional communication, and timely on-site visits.
- Assist with asset management, inventory checks, and equipment relocation when needed.

Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 1+ year of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in an on-site or customer-facing role.
- Fundamental knowledge of Windows OS, basic macOS, and office productivity software.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, IP configurations) and printer troubleshooting.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Willingness to travel within Singapore and occasionally roam to client sites as required.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality; ability to document activities clearly.
- Proactive learner with a willingness to grow into more senior IT support roles.
