Job Description
Teleperformance is seeking an Onsite Sales Enablement Specialist to join our vibrant team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with sales leadership to design, develop, and deliver enablement programs that enhance buyer interactions and accelerate revenue growth. You will create engaging training curricula, facilitate workshops, and provide oneāonāone coaching to ensure sales representatives master product knowledge, consultative selling techniques, and the latest sales tools.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales performance data to identify skill gaps, updating learning content in the LMS, and aligning enablement initiatives with marketing campaigns and product launches. You will also manage the onboarding process for new hires, track completion rates, and measure the impact of training on key performance indicators such as quota attainment and win rates.

Responsibilities
- Partner with sales managers to assess training needs and develop enablement strategies.
- Design and deliver interactive training sessions, workshops, and eālearning modules.
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to sales representatives.
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) with current content.
- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires and monitor their progress.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align enablement with launches.
- Report on training effectiveness and ROI to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2ā3 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a sales support role.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and sales methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Selfāmotivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
