This is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive salary of $3,500 to $4,200 per month plus a variable bonus (VB).

In this role, you will be the frontline technical expert responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a range of office equipment at client sites. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure that all equipment operates at peak performance. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service and technical training to end-users will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of copiers, large display solutions, and printers.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies.
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the service team to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in servicing copiers, large display solutions, or printers.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Valid driver's license preferred (for travel to client sites).
  • Knowledge of network connectivity and basic IT support.
  • Willingness to work 5 days a week in the West Region.
