Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality automation scripts to optimize routine system tasks.
- Manage and monitor secure file transfer processes (SFTP/FTP) to ensure data integrity.
- Support and troubleshoot end-to-end system integrations between internal and third-party platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement infrastructure improvements.
- Perform regular system health checks and capacity planning to prevent operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all system processes, workflows, and integration points.
- Provide technical support for system-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in system development, infrastructure support, or automation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions and protocols.
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows server environments.
- Solid experience with API integrations and middleware connectivity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
