Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily manufacturing schedules to meet production targets and customer demands
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimal wastage
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to streamline the supply chain
  • Implement and enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across operations
  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Support the planning and execution of process improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control activities for the operations department

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or logistics is preferred
  • Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and logistics principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems
