Responsibilities
- Coordinate durian sourcing from local suppliers to ensure premium quality and consistent supply
- Oversee processing and packing operations to maintain hygiene standards and product integrity
- Manage export logistics including documentation, customs clearance, and shipping coordination
- Monitor inventory levels and implement stock rotation protocols to minimize waste
- Develop and maintain operational SOPs for quality control and efficiency
- Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams for smooth workflow integration
- Prepare operational reports and KPI tracking for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in operations, logistics, or food handling
- Proficiency in export documentation and international shipping regulations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process optimization
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP/GMP) preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with suppliers and partners
- Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Office Suite
