Responsibilities
- Manage daily 3PL operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse coordination
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics execution
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company safety standards
- Prepare operational reports and analyze performance data for continuous improvement
- Coordinate transportation scheduling and optimize logistics routes
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters to senior management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in 3rd party logistics operations
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's logistics landscape and transportation networks
- Proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
