Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and operationalization of new production lines, ensuring smooth transitions from installation to full-scale operations
- Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for production employees at all skill levels
- Monitor production performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and professional growth
- Collaborate with engineering and management teams to resolve operational issues and optimize workflow
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all production activities
- Create training documentation, standard operating procedures, and performance evaluation materials
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably with production line setup exposure
- Proven track record in delivering technical training and developing employee capabilities
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Experience with quality management systems and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and production management software
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
