Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily distribution operations to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery schedules.
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high levels of quality and safety.
- Monitor operational performance metrics (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce waste, optimize costs, and enhance overall productivity.
- Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and warehouse space effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor, health, and safety regulations within the facility.
- Address and resolve any operational bottlenecks or logistics challenges as they arise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and implementing safety protocols.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be willing to work on-site in South Caloocan.
