Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional development.
- Drive operational excellence by streamlining workflows, managing inventory, and optimising resource allocation across clinics.
- Implement change management strategies to support digital transformation and process improvements.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance patient satisfaction, revenue, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost-control initiatives to achieve profitability targets.
- Collaborate with clinical leads to coordinate patient care and expand service offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
- Proven track record in leading teams and driving change in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
