Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to support Eni Trade & Biofuels (ETB) operations in Singapore. In this pivotal role you will oversee the end‑to‑end logistics and trading activities for crude oil and refined products, ensuring seamless coordination between supply, transportation, and market teams. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and coordinate crude oil and product shipments, including vessel nominations, laycan management, and port operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile daily balances with trading and logistics teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of operational reports, performance metrics, and cost analyses for management review.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce demurrage, and optimize supply chain flows.
  • Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, HSSE standards, and company policies.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (trading, finance, risk) and external partners (charterers, agents, port authorities).
  • Support the implementation of SAP/Oracle modules related to logistics and trade documentation.
  • Participate in contingency planning and respond swiftly to operational disruptions or market changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in oil & gas operations, trading support, or maritime logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of crude oil and refined products markets, pricing mechanisms, and contract terms.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Excellent analytical ability with a data‑driven mindset and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
