Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production lines and packaging equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform quality checks on in-process products and report any deviations.
- Conduct basic line changeovers and assist with packaging, labeling, and carton creation.
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation; comply with safety rules and GMP guidelines.
- Record production data, counts, and downtime accurately in production logs.
- Assist with material handling, stocking, and inventory checks as needed.
- Coordinate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Participate in shift handovers and communicate any issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; no experience required.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic math and counting skills; strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to follow instructions.
- Safety-conscious with a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts and adhere to dress code and PPE requirements.
- Physical ability to perform manual handling and light lifting as needed.
