Job Description

GBS Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team at our Tampines facility. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring that all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You will collaborate closely with internal departments including sales, warehouse, and logistics to optimize workflows and resolve issues.

As an Order Fulfillment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, and communicating with carriers and customers. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete order fulfillment process from order receipt to final delivery

  • Track shipments and liaise with carriers to resolve any delivery issues

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics coordination, or supply chain management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
