Responsibilities
- Accurately input and process customer orders into the CRM/ERP system in a timely manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries regarding order status, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics and warehousing to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Assist in the preparation of sales documentation, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Resolve order discrepancies or service issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to streamline operational processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in order processing, sales coordination, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is essential.
