Lexmark International is seeking a highly analytical and process-driven OTC Channel SME & Lead to join our expanding team in Cebu. In this critical role, you will act as the senior operational authority overseeing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert for Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Order Management, ensuring operational excellence, process optimization, and seamless cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker capable of driving performance metrics, managing complex channel transactions, and implementing best practices that enhance financial accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will lead process improvement initiatives, mentor team members, and provide high-level insights to leadership to support global business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Order-to-Cash (OTC) functions, including Order Management, Billing, and Accounts Receivable.
- Oversee daily channel operations to ensure adherence to global financial policies and internal controls.
- Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of complex process issues to optimize the OTC workflow.
- Provide operational guidance and mentorship to team members to maintain high service levels and performance quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance, to streamline order fulfillment and revenue recognition processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements using Six Sigma or Lean methodologies to reduce cycle times and errors.
- Prepare regular operational reports, performance dashboards, and financial insights for senior management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
- Proven track record of leadership or serving as a Subject Matter Expert in financial operations.
- In-depth knowledge of billing, collections, and order management cycles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
