Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to generate new sales leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Research and identify potential clients and target markets to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects.
- Qualify leads thoroughly to determine their needs, budget, and readiness to purchase, passing warm leads to the sales team.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively articulate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Accurately record all sales activities, client interactions, and lead progression in the CRM system.
- Achieve and consistently exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and sales outreach targets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude in handling objections and rejections.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
