Responsibilities
- Proactively initiate outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
- Maintain a high volume of daily outbound activity to meet or exceed monthly sales KPIs.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Document all lead interactions and sales progress accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to refine sales scripts and overcome common objections.
- Meet and exceed individual and team-based sales quotas consistently.
- Provide professional feedback on market trends and prospect sentiment to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Senior High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or BPO customer service preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record of handling objections effectively.
- High level of resilience and a positive attitude toward rejection.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and CRM software tools.
- Amenable to working on a shifting schedule, including potential night shifts.
