As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market footprint. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders—including developers, architects, and contractors—and delivering tailored solutions that meet their project requirements. This role is designed for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a field-based environment and possesses the strategic mindset needed to close complex B2B deals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and penetrate new B2B market segments within the bathroom and kitchen fixtures industry.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, interior designers, and main contractors.
  • Conduct outdoor site visits and face-to-face consultations to understand client technical specifications.
  • Prepare professional sales presentations, quotations, and tender documents for major projects.
  • Collaborate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless project delivery and post-sales support.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within building materials or interior fixtures.
  • Must possess a valid Class 3 Driving License to facilitate outdoor site visits.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
