Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and consultations for clients, understanding their health goals, lifestyle, and dietary habits.
- Develop and implement personalized meal plans and nutritional programs tailored to individual client needs, focusing on areas like weight management, skin health, energy levels, and overall wellness.
- Provide expert advice on healthy eating, portion control, dietary supplements, and lifestyle modifications to support clients in achieving their beauty and health objectives.
- Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting nutritional plans as necessary to ensure optimal results and sustained well-being.
- Educate clients on the principles of balanced nutrition, healthy cooking, and making informed food choices through engaging and clear communication.
- Collaborate effectively with other beauty and wellness consultants within the outlet to provide a holistic and integrated client experience.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting assessments, plans, and progress diligently.
- Stay updated with the latest nutritional science, health trends, and product knowledge relevant to beauty and wellness.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Nutritionist or Dietitian, preferably in a wellness, beauty, or clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of human physiology, metabolism, and the impact of nutrition on overall health and beauty.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to develop practical, personalized, and effective nutritional strategies.
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and empowering women to achieve their personal best.
- Proficiency in using common office software and potentially nutrition-specific software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented retail environment.
- Candidates with experience in client-facing roles and a customer-centric approach will be highly regarded.
