Responsibilities
- Safely pack products according to company specifications and quality standards
- Verify product quantities and condition before packaging
- Operate packing machinery and equipment efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout shift
- Follow strict safety protocols including proper attire and equipment usage
- Assist in loading/unloading of goods and inventory management
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Meet daily packing targets while maintaining accuracy
Qualifications
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 15kg regularly during shift
- Must provide own safety shoes as required by company policy
- Basic understanding of English for safety instructions
- No prior experience necessary - training provided
- Punctual with reliable attendance record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Singapore work permit (if applicable)
