Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex case files, ensuring all documentation is organized, up-to-date, and readily accessible.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing status updates and addressing inquiries with professionalism.
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents, affidavits, and correspondence under the supervision of attorneys.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate scheduling for hearings, depositions, and meetings between attorneys and relevant parties.
- Monitor case deadlines and proactively alert the legal team to prevent delays or procedural issues.
- Assist in the preparation of evidence and case exhibits for trial or settlement proceedings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or a legal support environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, G-Suite) and case management database tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
