Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, contact, and generate leads for various life and non-life insurance products.
- Conduct engaging virtual consultations and presentations to prospective clients via video conferencing tools.
- Analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans that provide optimal coverage.
- Assist clients through the application process, ensuring all paperwork and documents are accurately completed.
- Maintain an organized client database and diligently follow up on leads and renewals.
- Meet or exceed individual monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate actively in online training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and team meetings.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and foster long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- At least a Senior High School graduate (College graduates or undergraduates are also welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Filipino and English.
- Self-disciplined, highly motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must own a reliable personal computer or laptop and have a stable high-speed internet connection.
- Willingness to undergo mandatory training and secure an Insurance Agent license (pre-requisite).
- Must be a resident of Makati City or within Metro Manila for regulatory requirements.
- No previous sales experience is required—just a positive attitude and a desire to learn.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
