- Process insurance applications, policy changes, and renewals accurately and promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and group sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
