As the face of our brand, AIRE, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, educating our community on health solutions, and boosting sales through interactive TikTok Live and Shopee Live sessions.
In this role, you won't just be presenting products—you will be building a community. We are looking for an individual who can capture an audience's attention, respond to real-time chat queries with enthusiasm, and maintain a high energy level throughout broadcasts. If you are comfortable with social media trends, have a flair for sales, and enjoy connecting with people online, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and high-energy live streaming sessions on TikTok Live and Shopee Live.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly to prospective customers in real-time.
- Actively interact with viewers by answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set for each stream.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative content ideas and promotional strategies.
- Manage technical aspects of the broadcast including lighting, sound check, and platform setup.
- Stay up-to-date with current viral trends and platform-specific features to maximize reach and engagement.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in live streaming, content creation, or sales-driven roles is highly preferred.
- Confident, outgoing, and articulate personality with the ability to maintain high energy for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Shopee Live platform functionalities and community guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is a bonus for local market reach.
- Ability to improvise and think on your feet while remaining professional and brand-aligned.
- Disciplined, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
