Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual financial consultations with potential clients via phone, video call, or messaging platforms.
- Present and promote Pru Life UK's insurance and investment products tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using provided CRM tools.
- Attend online training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and company policies.
Qualifications
- No prior work experience required – fresh graduates and career shifters are highly encouraged to apply.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Resident of Tacloban City, Leyte, or nearby areas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino (Cebuano/Waray is a plus).
- Access to a reliable internet connection, a laptop/desktop, and a smartphone for remote work.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Willingness to learn about financial services, insurance products, and sales techniques.
