Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products and services.
- Engage prospects in high-quality conversations to understand their needs and requirements.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the senior sales team.
- Maintain an accurate database of prospect information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries to ensure timely engagement.
- Meet and exceed daily call volume and lead generation targets.
- Provide feedback on common customer queries and objections to help improve sales messaging.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear and professional speaking voice.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-motivated mindset with a high level of resilience and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM software or Microsoft Excel.
