Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms to introduce insurance products and services.
- Explain policy benefits, coverage details, and pricing to customers in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Follow up on leads and referrals to build a consistent pipeline of potential sales.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry regulations to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications
- No prior sales or insurance experience required—training will be provided.
- Must be at least a high school graduate (senior high or equivalent).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a home-based environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
