Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with LGG’s business objectives and ITEP framework.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners across technology, distribution, and service ecosystems.
  • Lead negotiations to secure revenue-generating deals, cost-saving collaborations, and capital inflow opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end deal conversion process, from initial outreach to contract signing and post-deal performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and external partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure seamless integration and value delivery from partnerships.
  • Monitor ecosystem trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to proactively refine partnership models.
  • Report on partnership KPIs, deal pipeline, and financial impact to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or ecosystem strategy within a corporate or growth-stage environment.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value partnerships that delivered measurable revenue or cost savings.
  • Deep understanding of ITEP (Integrated Technology-Execution-Partnership) frameworks or similar structured execution methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to model partnership financials and ROI.
