Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism
- Provide clear information about services, procedures, and appointments
- Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes
- Coordinate patient flow and manage appointment scheduling
- Address patient inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Promote a positive and caring environment for all patients
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level qualification
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare support roles is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Willingness to work shifts and on weekends as required
