Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the monthly payroll cycle ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Indonesian tax and labor regulations.
- Design, review, and administer competitive compensation structures, salary benchmarking, bonus programs, and incentive schemes.
- Manage employee benefits portfolio including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, health insurance, and other supplementary perks.
- Oversee the HRIS (e.g., Talenta, Gadjian, or similar) – maintain data integrity, generate insightful reports, and drive system enhancements.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to develop and implement reward & recognition strategies that boost engagement and retention.
- Ensure all payroll and benefits processes comply with company policies and evolving labor laws (UU Cipta Kerja, PP 35/2021, etc.).
- Prepare and present monthly payroll cost analysis, headcount reports, and budget forecasts to senior management.
- Lead system integration projects, upgrades, and user training to maximize HR technology efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, and HRIS management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations, tax calculations (PPh 21), BPJS, and labor laws.
- Proven hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Talenta, Gadjian, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
