Ramboll Group is seeking a highly experienced PE (Professional Engineer) Associate Director or Director to spearhead our electrical building services division. In this pivotal role, you will be the technical authority for complex, high-rise, and large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring that our designs push the boundaries of sustainability, efficiency, and safety.
You will act as a mentor and role model, fostering a culture of technical excellence while implementing robust engineering processes across the project lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical leadership and sign-off as a Professional Engineer (PE) for complex electrical building projects.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of electrical engineers to deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of robust technical processes and quality control standards across all project phases.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable electrical system designs.
- Manage project profitability, resource allocation, and timeline adherence for high-value high-rise developments.
- Act as the primary technical interface for clients, providing expert consultation and strategic advice.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance building intelligence and energy efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE) with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in electrical consultancy, specifically within high-rise and complex commercial/mixed-use buildings.
- Proven track record of project leadership in a tier-one engineering consultancy firm.
- Deep understanding of local building codes, fire safety regulations, and electrical standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior-level decisions.
- Experience in BIM (Building Information Modeling) and integrated digital delivery (IDD) workflows.
