As a key member of our clinic, you will assist in delivering premium aesthetic services, ensure patient safety and comfort, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and clinic operations. Responsibilities
- Assist registered nurses and aesthetic doctors during consultations and procedures.
- Prepare and sterilise treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments according to infection control protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs, comfort, and post‑procedure recovery.
- Educate clients on pre‑ and post‑treatment care, skincare routines, and aftercare instructions.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies, skincare products, and consumables; place orders as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with PDPA.
- Support front‑desk duties including appointment scheduling, patient check‑in/check‑out, and payment processing.
- Participate in continuous training sessions and workshops to stay updated on latest aesthetic techniques.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Medical Assistance, or a related healthcare field.
- Valid practicing license or certification as a Registered Nurse or Clinic Assistant (where applicable).
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in a clinical, aesthetic, or wellness setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of basic anatomy, physiology, and infection control standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient‑centric attitude.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and basic office software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
