Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or related strategic HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex employee relations cases and conflict resolution.
