Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and growth objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Drive performance management cycles, including goal setting, feedback loops, and development planning.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends and propose proactive solutions.
- Facilitate leadership development programs and support organizational change management initiatives.
- Champion employee engagement programs to enhance company culture and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or related strategic HR roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex employee relations cases and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and modern recruitment tracking systems.
