Osome is rapidly growing, with a client base and team expanding across offices worldwide to over 500 professionals. We are looking for a proactive People & Culture specialist to join our Kuala Lumpur team and help shape an exceptional employee experience. This is a high-visibility role that balances strategy and hands-on execution, ideal for a people-first HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
In this role, you will partner with local and regional leaders to design and implement People & Culture initiatives that attract top talent, develop employees, and drive engagement. You’ll contribute to a people-centric culture that aligns with Osome’s values and global standards while supporting rapid growth and organizational resilience.
What you’ll do includes owning end-to-end recruitment, enhancing onboarding experiences, shaping HR policies and compliance, and driving performance, learning, and engagement programs. You’ll leverage data to inform decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact people programs.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across Malaysia and regional offices, ensuring a candidate experience that reflects Osome’s values.
- Design and oversee onboarding programs to accelerate new-hire ramp-up and cultural integration.
- Develop, communicate, and govern HR policies, processes, and compliance in line with Malaysian labor laws and global standards.
- Partner with managers to implement performance management, learning, and development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition, and wellness programs to foster a positive and inclusive culture.
- Analyze people data and HR metrics to support evidence-based decision making and continuous improvement.
- Administer HRIS and coordinate payroll and benefits discussions with finance and vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or Recruitment in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, compliance, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS, data analytics, and benefits administration.
- Proven ability to design and implement people programs that drive engagement and performance.
- Fluency in English; Malay language proficiency is a plus.
