Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including candidate screening and interview coordination
- Assist in designing and implementing employee training programs
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
- Participate in talent development projects and performance evaluations
- Organize and facilitate HR-related workshops and events
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in talent management and organizational development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
