Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic reviews of private banking client accounts to ensure regulatory compliance
- Analyze client documentation and transaction records for adherence to KYC/AML requirements
- Prepare detailed review reports with findings and recommendations for management
- Liaise with relationship managers to resolve compliance issues and documentation gaps
- Monitor client account activity for suspicious transactions or policy violations
- Contribute to updating internal compliance procedures and review methodologies
- Maintain accurate records of all review activities and client interactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking/compliance or review functions
- Strong understanding of KYC/AML regulations and private banking operations
- Excellent attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
