We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Executive in Seminyak, Bali. This is a contract role requiring immediate availability. You will be the right hand to the executive, handling daily schedules, communications, documentation, travel arrangements, and confidential tasks. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, strong MS Office skills, and meticulous attention to detail. As a Personal Assistant, you will ensure the executive’s operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership in a dynamic setting, with a competitive monthly compensation package.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the executive’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, messages) with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and special projects as assigned.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business and personal matters.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and office management support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business Administration or related preferred).
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Immediate availability to join and work on a contract basis.
