We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Executive in Seminyak, Bali. This is a contract role requiring immediate availability. You will be the right hand to the executive, handling daily schedules, communications, documentation, travel arrangements, and confidential tasks. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, strong MS Office skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the executive’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, messages) with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business and personal matters.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and office management support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business Administration or related preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Immediate availability to join and work on a contract basis.
