You will be responsible for safely transporting the Director to the office, meetings, and official events, while upholding the highest standards of service.
As a trusted member of our team, you will plan efficient routes, manage time effectively, and adapt to changes in the schedule with a calm and proactive approach. You will also maintain the assigned vehicle, perform routine checks, and ensure cleanliness and readiness for every trip. A strong commitment to safety, local knowledge of Selangor, and the ability to communicate professionally with executives, security teams, and assistants are essential.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate the Director's vehicle to and from the office, meetings, and official events, ensuring punctuality and comfort.
- Plan efficient routes, monitor traffic conditions, and adjust plans in response to schedule changes.
- Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and perform routine checks; report any issues promptly.
- Adhere to traffic laws, safety protocols, and confidentiality requirements at all times.
- Manage trip logs, fuel consumption, and calendar coordination with assistants and security teams.
- Present a professional appearance and courteous demeanor to all stakeholders and visitors.
- Coordinate with executives and support staff to accommodate last-minute changes and special requests.
Qualifications
- Valid Malaysia driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2–5 years of professional driving experience, preferably supporting executives.
- Strong knowledge of Selangor routes and surrounding areas; proficient in using GPS and mapping tools.
- Excellent time management, reliability, and a polished personal presentation.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact discreetly and professionally.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and the ability to perform routine checks.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential information and security considerations.
