Responsibilities
- Safely transport the CEO and authorized personnel to meetings, appointments, and events across Singapore
- Plan efficient routes using real-time traffic data to ensure punctuality and optimal travel time
- Maintain executive vehicle in pristine condition through regular cleaning, servicing, and preventive maintenance
- Ensure strict confidentiality of conversations and documents during transportation
- Manage vehicle documentation including insurance, permits, and compliance records
- Provide exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor and polished appearance
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Singapore driving license with clean driving record (Class 3 or higher)
- Minimum 3 years professional driving experience, preferably with executive clientele
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's road networks, traffic patterns, and alternative routes
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
