Responsibilities
- Provide safe and efficient transportation for senior management and executives to appointments, meetings, and events.
- Ensure the vehicle is always clean, fueled, and in excellent mechanical condition.
- Plan optimal routes to avoid delays and ensure punctuality.
- Maintain detailed logs of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Assist with minor errands and deliveries as directed.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding company and executive activities.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic rules and company policies regarding vehicle usage.
Qualifications
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D) with a clean driving record.
- At least 2 years of experience as a personal or executive driver.
- Familiarity with the roads and traffic conditions in the Klang Valley and Selangor area.
- Excellent time management and punctuality.
- Polished interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
- Ability to handle flexible working hours, including occasional early mornings or late evenings.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information.
