Responsibilities
- Provide safe, punctual, and courteous transportation for family members to schools, appointments, social engagements, and errands.
- Plan and adjust routes daily to avoid traffic congestion and ensure timely arrivals.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, interior/exterior cleaning, and coordinate routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, servicing).
- Maintain a detailed trip log, fuel records, and expense receipts for monthly reporting.
- Assist with light errands such as grocery pick‑ups, courier deliveries, or pet transport as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding family schedules, destinations, and personal matters.
- Be flexible and available for occasional after‑hours, weekend, or early‑morning trips (advance notice provided).
- Coordinate with household staff to align transportation with daily family routines.
Qualifications
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean record (no major traffic offences or accidents in the past 3 years).
- Minimum 2 years of professional or personal driving experience preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Singapore road networks, expressways, and alternative routes.
- Punctual, well‑groomed, and courteous demeanour at all times.
- Ability to handle flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Good command of English (spoken); knowledge of Mandarin or other dialects is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to assist with luggage, groceries, or other light loads.
