Responsibilities
- Operate pharmaceutical production machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Monitor production lines continuously to ensure high efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Perform routine quality control checks and accurately record production data and metrics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished pharmaceutical products to ensure traceability.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and resolve production issues promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report any workplace hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE N/O Level education or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work a 5-day work week.
- Basic computer literacy and good communication skills.
