Pharmacist

Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our Ambon-based team. This role focuses on rational use of medications, clinical pharmacy services, and patient-centered care. You will work with doctors, nurses, and other health professionals to optimize pharmacotherapy and ensure safe, effective medication management across all hospital departments. As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in drug procurement, dispensing, patient counseling, and medication safety programs. Key responsibilities include participating in multidisciplinary rounds, reviewing medication orders for safety and interactions, providing accurate dispensing and labeling, and supporting antibiotic stewardship and pharmacovigilance initiatives. You will oversee inventory control, manage controlled substances in compliance with regulations, and contribute to hospital-wide quality improvement projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a patient-first approach.

Qualifications for this role include a recognized pharmacist degree, active pharmacist license in Indonesia, and prior experience in a hospital setting.
