Responsibilities
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory and stock control to ensure optimal supply levels
- Perform aseptic dispensing and manufacturing of sterile pharmaceutical products
- Process prescription orders accurately and efficiently within established turnaround times
- Dispense and distribute medications to patients and hospital departments
- Maintain detailed records of all pharmaceutical transactions and inventory movements
- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare teams to ensure safe medication practices
- Participate in quality assurance activities and compliance audits
- Assist in pharmacy operations and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Pharmacy Technology from a recognized institution
- Prior experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy settings is preferred
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medication safety, and dispensing procedures
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and sterile product preparation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
